Provide the required details, including your contact information and device serial number. Once your booking is submitted, our service team will confirm the appointment via email or phone. Servicing Requirements: It is recommended to schedule a service for your PuraPeel device every 6-12 months. Regular servicing helps identify and address any potential issues or wear and tear that may affect the device's performance. Call-Out Fee and Service Duration: A call-out fee will apply when our technician visits your salon for the service. The call-out fee covers the cost of our technician's visit and is required for each servicing appointment. Please note that a minimum service duration of 2 hours is necessary to ensure a thorough examination and maintenance of your device. Additional Costs: In addition to the call-out fee and minimum service duration, any required parts or additional labor will be billed accordingly. If any repairs or replacements are necessary during the service, the cost of parts and any additional labor will be communicated to you before proceeding with the work.
