PuraPeel Device Purchase Agreement

Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") prior to purchasing a PuraPeel device and associated consumables. This Agreement establishes the legally binding terms and conditions governing the procurement of PuraPeel professional devices and consumables.

Device Orders:

​

1.Order Process:

1.1. All professional devices offered by PuraPeel are custom-made upon order placement.

1.2. Manufacturing of these devices typically requires approximately 4-6 weeks.

1.3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is mandatory to confirm the device order.

1.4. The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 5 days prior to the stipulated delivery date.

2. Consumable Orders:

Order Fulfillment:

2.1. PuraPeel consumables are manufactured in limited batches to ensure quality and extended shelf life.

2.2. Delivery of consumable orders may take up to 14 days.

2.3. Salon proprietors or beauty establishments are accountable for maintaining adequate consumable stock levels.

2.4. Products may vary slightly in colour and consisitency from batch to batch due to the inherent nature of the manufacturing process.

2.5. Despite variations, rest assured that all products undergo rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent performance and efficacy.

2.6. Any deviations in appearance do not impact the quality or functionality of the products.

3. Training Requirement:

Training Provision:

3.1. Comprehensive training accompanies every PuraPeel device purchase.

3.2. Device operation is strictly prohibited until the purchaser has completed the requisite training provided by PuraPeel. 3.3. PuraPeel reserves the right to withhold device delivery until the purchaser has fulfilled the requisite training obligations.

4. Additional Training:

Supplementary Training:

4.1. PuraPeel may introduce new products periodically.

4.2. Purchasers will be offered complimentary masterclass sessions for new product introductions.

4.3. Any additional training required for new staff members will attract a separate training fee, determined by PuraPeel.

5. Warranty Coverage:

5.1. The PuraPeel device is covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions.

5.2. Parts warranty remains valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

5.3. The OxyBrasion component of the device carries a 6-month warranty.

5.4. Warranty coverage does not extend beyond the original warranty period, irrespective of replacements or services rendered during this time.

5.5. Warranty coverage is contingent upon the exclusive use of PuraPeel Aesthetics approved products. Use of unauthorized consumables or accessories may void the warranty.

5.6. Any use of non-approved products in conjunction with the PuraPeel device will automatically void the warranty.

6. Device Servicing:

Maintenance Procedures:

6.1. Optimal device performance necessitates servicing every 6-12 months.

6.2. The initial service during the warranty period is complimentary but non-transferable or deferrable.

6.3. Subsequent services incur a $445 call-out fee (including 2 hours of initial service) plus $110 per hour for labor, in addition to any requisite parts costs. PuraPeel reserves the right to adjust service fees at its discretion, with prior notification.

6.4. Salon owners are responsible for scheduling device servicing promptly, and PuraPeel assumes no liability for delays due to neglecting timely service appointments.

7. Social Media Sharing Clause:

By utilizing the PuraPeel device, the account holder hereby consents to the sharing of any social media content generated by their salon or establishment during the use of our product and device on our official social media channels. The supplier shall appropriately tag the salon's social media handle or mention the establishment's name in the shared content. Should the account holder wish to opt out of this sharing arrangement, they are required to notify the supplier in writing. The supplier hereby affirms that the shared content will not be used for any purpose that could imply ownership or claim by the supplier.

8. Limitation of Liability:

PuraPeel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the device or consumables, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

By purchasing PuraPeel devices and consumables, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

PuraPeel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the PuraPeel devices and consumables after any modifications or updates to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
