Purapeel aesthetics terms and conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing a PuraPeel device and consumables. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your purchase of PuraPeel professional devices and consumables.
1.1. All professional devices offered by PuraPeel are made to order.
1.2. The manufacturing process for these devices takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
1.3. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your device order.
1.4. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
2.1. PuraPeel consumables are made in small batches to ensure quality and long-term shelf life.
2.2. Orders for consumables may take up to 14 days for delivery.
2.3. It is the responsibility of salon owners/beauty salons to ensure they have sufficient stock of consumables.
3.1. Full training is provided with every purchase of a PuraPeel device.
3.2. The purchaser is not authorised to perform treatments with the device until they have received the full training from PuraPeel. 3.3. PuraPeel reserves the right to withhold the device until the purchaser has completed the required training.
4.1. PuraPeel may introduce new products from time to time.
4.2. Purchasers will be offered a free masterclass for new product introductions.
4.3. Any additional training required for new staff members will incur a separate training fee, to be determined by PuraPeel.
5.1. The PuraPeel device comes with a 10-year device warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
5.2. Parts warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5.3. The OxyBrasion component of the device is covered by a 6-month warranty.
5.4. Warranty coverage does not roll over if a replacement or service is provided during the warranty period.
6.1. The PuraPeel device should be serviced every 6-12 months to maintain optimal performance.
6.2. The first service within the warranty period is free of charge. Please note that the free service within the warranty period cannot be rolled over or deferred to a later date. If the first service is not utilized within the warranty period, it will be considered forfeited.
6.3. Subsequent services will be charged at a rate of $445 call-out fee ( includes 2 hours initial service) plus $110 per hour for labor, in addition to the cost of any required parts. Please note that PuraPeel service fees are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide prior notice of any changes in service fees whenever possible.
6.4. It is the responsibility of the salon owner to proactively book a service for their PuraPeel device in advance. PuraPeel Aesthetics takes no responsibility for delays resulting from failure to schedule a service in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, PuraPeel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the device or consumables.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
By purchasing PuraPeel devices and consumables, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
PuraPeel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Purapeel devices and consumables after any modifications or updates to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
